This Privacy Policy sets out how Bridgestone New Zealand Limited (“we”, “us” and “our”) and/or our related companies (which means any person or other entity which directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by or is under common control with us) collects, uses, and discloses your personal information in accordance with the obligations under Privacy Act 2020 (NZ) (Privacy Act).

We may also collect personal information from Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency's Motor Vehicle Register (Register). In particular, we may collect the name and address of the registered owner(s) of a vehicle from the Register, for the purposes of verifying ownership of the vehicles that we service. If you prefer, you can opt not to have this personal information accessible to us and other authorised users of the Register by contacting Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency (see Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency's website for further details here.
If you provide us with personal information about a third party, in doing so you will be representing to us that you have that person's consent for us to collect and handle their personal information in accordance with this policy – and we will be collecting the information on that basis.
